New apartment concept in Mansfield created by a young local entrepreneur
New apartments have been built the Amyotte project neighborhood in Mansfield-et-Pontefract. These apartments are based on an open concept style and are aimed at a 55 and over aged clientele. The project creator, Danick Boisvert, told CHIP 101.9 that he has wanted to bring a new apartement concept like this to the Pontiac, with his father Claude, for a long time.
“Well, it’s located in the Projet Amyotte, at the corner of rue Dagenais and rue France. My father and I built three four-room apartments. At the moment, we have three available, we have one rented at the moment. It’s open concept housing, like new construction, it’s a modern style, it’s a new concept that we brought to the Pontiac. They’re all apartments with flat roofs too, something you don’t often see here.” -Danick Boisvert, project creator.
The new rentals also come with snow removal and grass cutting services. Some apartments will be available soon. For details, people are invited to contact Danick Boisvert directly at 819 208-3980.
