Municipalities in the MRC Pontiac ask residents to reduce water consumption
Several municipalities in the MRC Pontiac are currently affected by the supply drinking water. This is particularly the case for the municipality of Bryson where citizens are asked to limit their water consumption and especially not to use water for tasks such as watering the grass.
This is also the case for the municipality of Fort-Coulonge, who are currently advising their citizens to limit the use of drinking water during these times. The municipal bylaw indicates that for the area east of Baume Street, watering is allowed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, between 8:00 pm and 11:00 pm only. For the area west of Baume Street, watering is allowed on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, between 8 pm and 11 pm only.
More information on this subject will be available soon and it may also be important to remember that the weather will be better tomorrow until Saturday.
