MRC Pontiac seeking civil engineer

Following the appointment of Kim Lesage as Director General of MRC Pontiac, the MRC is seeking a regional civil engineer to provide technical expertise to the MRC as well as to municipalities within the territory. The position, previously occupied by Lesage, will be under the supervision of the Director General and the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for planning and supervising the work on municipal infrastructure like roads, as well as the PPJ trail.

The successful candidate will also have to analyze needs and develop work plans and project completion schedules. They will also have to support the municipalities and the MRC in the drafting of tender documents according to municipal standards by ensuring the preparation of technical plans and the preparation of cost estimates.
