More than 500,000 invested in the renovation of Chemin du Bois-Franc

An announcement was made by the MNA for Pontiac André Fortin, this morning, stating that $ 505,893 will be invested by the Government of Quebec to rebuild the north-south axis on chemin du Bois-Franc. Member of National Assembly for Pontiac André Fortin explains where the funding comes from:

The Mayor of Mansfield Kathleen Bélec was also at the announcement. Despite her satisfaction with the announcement, she also wished to mention that she did not support the construction of a bridge over the Coulonge River:

Others took the opportunity to express their dissatisfaction with the construction of a bridge over the Coulonge River.

These investments come from the Multi-Resource Roads Cost Reduction Program (PRCM), stage 2. According to the schedule, the work is expected to be completed in September.
