For the 19th consecutive year, Entraide-Deuil de l’Outaouais invites bereaved individuals who have lost a loved one in the past year to participate in its unique annual event, My First Christmas Without You. A first Christmas without a loved one is a difficult milestone. The event offered virtually or in person will bring comfort to the bereaved. The vice-president of Entraide-Deuil de l’Outaouais, Francine Bergeron, explains the proceedings of the evening virtually:
