“At the age of 42, I weighed over 277 pounds. I have lost 117 pounds in 8 years without any surgery. I had pain everywhere, I didn’t feel well, that was really my main source of motivation. ”

The 50-year-old continues his career, but over time sees himself more as a guide for people who want to take care of their bodies as well.
“It’s not easy, it takes an iron discipline and the older you get, the harder it is. At the same time, I must say that I really enjoy helping others achieve their goals and I see myself in the future as a coach who can have students under his supervision. ”
