Man arrested in Campbell’s Bay for robbery

The Sûreté du Québec’s Major Crime unit, in collaboration with officers from the MRC Pontiac, arrested a man on Wednesday for a robbery that occurred on September 6th in a business on Front st. in Campbell’s Bay.

Marc Vilon, 34, of Campbell’s Bay appeared in court yesterday in Gatineau to face charges of robbery and possession of narcotics. Vilon was released under certain conditions.

The suspect reportedly entered the Front Street business and threatened the employee with cayenne pepper before fleeing with an amount of money.
