Ladysmith’s Oktoberfest: Fun for the whole family!

Ladysmith Oktoberfest isn’t just for adults! A host of activities await young festival-goers on October 3rd and 4th.

On Saturday, October 3rd, children are invited to head to the play structures to enjoy face painting and games.

And this year, a new addition to the program: the “Looking for Hans and Frieda” treasure hunt! It will take place all day Saturday. Participants can pick up their game sheet at the dessert canteen, then set off in search of Hans and Frieda, hidden in various locations around the festival grounds.

On Sunday, October 4th, Echo the Clown will be back! He will accompany the children participating in the children’s parade, and then stay on site after the parade to continue the festivities with families.

Little artists can also unleash their creativity with coloring pages, available at the dessert canteen.
