At this point, CHIP has had the opportunity to speak to most of the candidates for mayor in the MRC Pontiacs municipalities. One candidate we recently spoke to was Kevin Vickers who is running in Allumettes Island. Like the other two Mayoral candidates, he said that roads are an important issue but he also added waste management as another area that needs attention:
