Last Saturday, the Comets lost 6-3 against the Mont-Tremblant Diables. When questioned by CHIP 101.9 after the game, the Comets’ coach Jean-François Lavergne said his team had a good first half of the match, but struggled in the second.
It was also, notably, the first victory for the Mont-Tremblant Diables in their first season of the LHSAAQ.
After three games, the Comets are one and two. Next Saturday, the Comets will be in Fort-Coulonge to face the Maniwaki Forestiers. On Sunday, the Comets will be in Mont-Laurier next to face the last season champions, the Montagnards.
