Jane Toller asks citizens to double their efforts

For the past two weeks, positive cases of COVID-19 have appeared on the territory of the MRC Pontiac, reaching 9 cases according to the Warden of the MRC Pontiac Jane Toller. This increase worries the Warden who hopes to see the statistics stabilize and asks citizens to respect public health instructions. Once again, Jane Toller says she wants to avoid what happened in Gaspé with a rapid growth in the number of cases, after many months without a case of COVID-19 in this territory.

An update from the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) de l’Outaouais regarding COVID-19 cases in the Outaouais will take place this afternoon (Wednesday, October 7). Cases of COVID-19 have been added every day this week for the Pontiac Local Service Network (RLS).
