”It’s concerning but we’re ready to respond” – Mayor Joanne Labadie

Now in the red zone, the mayor of the Municipality of Pontiac, Joanne Labadie, gave her vision concerning the growing number of cases, which she considers worrying, but believes that her municipality is ready.

Currently, the MRC Pontiac remains in the orange. As of Monday, October 19 at 3 p.m. the number of cases of COVD-19 in the Pontiac RLS is 25. The data by municipalities have still not been updated, but indicated 17 cases in the municipality of Pontiac and 5 cases or less in Fort-Coulonge, Mansfield-et-Pontefract, Île-du-Grand-Calumet and Shawville.
