Hydro-Quebec holding webinar on managing the Ottawa River spring freshet

A webinar on the management of the spring freshet on the Ottawa River is being hosted by Hydro-Quebec on Monday March 14, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

“Each year, our experts work actively to make optimal use of our network of facilities in order to limit the impacts of spring floods on populations,” a company statement reads (tr.). While the presentation on Monday will cover the Outaouais region and several others, there are several others covering other geographic regions.
