Hydro-Québec does not anticipate any power interruption until further notice

Hydro-Québec does not anticipate any interruption in electricity service until further notice.

The Company claims that these measures are intended to “make life easier for clients who may be experiencing financial difficulties or may have to stay at home,” due to COVID-19.

Hydro-Québec also announces that there will be no planned outages for system maintenance over the next few days, except those that are absolutely essential.

Residential or business customers who expect to have difficulty paying their bills are invited to enter into a payment agreement on the Hydro-Québec website, or by telephone at 1 888 385-7252.
