Halloween: Precautions

With Halloween approaching, the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) reminds people to stay vigilant. In an interview with CHIP, the SQ Sergeant, Marc Tessier, gave people a few instructions to ensure an enjoyable Halloween night:

It’s important to make sure your child is visible to vehicles and pedestrians, it may be preferable to choose a multi-coloured costume or to add reflective bands
