Free tourism training to support the tourism industry in the Pontiac

The MRC Pontiac is offering a free training day for employees of Pontiac based businesses who are often asked questions about the tourist attractions in the region. Under the name Customer Experience, this training will focus on customer service and touring Pontiac attractions.

The Marketing Coordinator of the MRC Pontiac, Jérémi Vaillancourt, tells us more about this training:
