The Table régionale de gestion intégrée des ressources et du territoire public de l’Outaouais (TRGIRTO) invited Pontiac citizens to an information session in regards to forest management in the public forests. A representative of the TRGIRTO, Raymond Barrette explained the goal of the evening;
Among the twenty people in attendance for the meeting, the Mayor of Mansfield, Gilles Dionne, also spoke to CHIP on site where he explained how the information obtained during the meeting would affect things moving forward;
Forest professionals from the Ministère des forets, de la Faune et des Parcs were on hand to help citizens know how they can contribute and influence the areas of intervention. The full interviews conducted during the public information session
