Festival Outaouais Émergent Final Year

Next weekend the 10th and final year of the Festival Outaouais Émergent (FOÉ).

Elizabeth Séguin met with FOE Communications Director Scott Simpson to learn why this is the last year of the festival. He told CHIP that it was because they have achieved their goal of making the Outaouais a Cultural destination:

The Festival Outaouais Émergent will take place from 17 to 20 August in downtown Gatineau.
