Family succession continues at Matériaux JLS in Mansfield
After 32 years as owners of JLS Materials, Jean-Guy and Connie Gutoskie LaSalle have announced the transfer of the family business to their son and daughter-in-law, Patrick and Ashley Pasch LaSalle, who have been part of the management team for the past 10 years. It all began in July 1993, when the first facility was built in Bryson. Today, there are two locations, including a new, state-of-the-art store concept in Mansfield. The company’s success is based on a strong management team and the dedication of our many employees. Working together for many years, Patrick and Ashley consider themselves fortunate to have benefited from their parents’ extensive experience in the industry. Jean-Guy and Connie like to present their successors as the next generation with a wealth of expertise to offer. Patrick is a civil engineer, and Ashley has a degree in communications.
The collaboration of business partners and suppliers over the years has played an essential role in the company’s success, as well as in customer loyalty. Patrick and Ashley intend to follow in their parents’ footsteps by adding a new chapter to this family history, while remaining true to the values that have made JLS Materials such a success.
As a proudly independent company with two locations in the Pontiac, offering bilingual service, Matériaux JLS is the region’s neighborhood big-box store.
