False alert at Sieur-de-Coulonge High School

Students and staff at Sieur-de-Coulonge High School were evacuated on Tuesday morning as a preventative measure due to a propane odor in the building suggesting a gas leak. The Communications Supervisor for the Hauts-Bois-de-l’Outaouais School Board, Monia Lirette, gave more details about the situation.

By 10:30, students and staff members were able to safely return. Lirette also mentioned that the events will have no impact on the final exams.
