Facing grief and life transitions: a session in Shawville

The Connexions Resource Centre is inviting caregivers, as well as Pontiac residents aged 55 and over, to take part in a support and information session on grief, loss, and changing roles.

The activity will take place on June 25th, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at St. Paul’s Church Hall in Shawville.

The session will be led by Natasha Locke, a wellness and resilience educator and facilitator who holds a master’s degree in counselling. Participants will explore various themes related to life transitions, including anticipatory grief, invisible losses, and changes in identity.

“The Connexions Resource Center is hosting an information session on grief, loss and changing roles on June 25th, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at St. Paul’s Church Hall in Shawville. The session will also offer practical guidance on how to take care of oneself and support personal well‑being during these periods of change, while providing a welcoming space for discussion.
