Eureka 93 acquires a licence from Health Canada for the cultivation of Cannabis in Ottawa and promises changes
Eureka93, formerly LiveWell Food Canada, the company behind the Cannabis Research and development Center project in Litchfield, announced that they have obtained a license from Health Canada to grow cannabis at their Ottawa location (Artiva).
At the same time, Eureka93 has also announced that the restructuring is still ongoing within the company and that a new team has been set up to manage and direct the operations of Eureka93 moving forward, as mentioned a few weeks ago.
This restructuring will, according to Seann Poli of Eureka93, lead to a change in the philosophy and better communications from the Company. Note that recently, Eureka93 made headlines by being targeted by the Ontario Securities Commission, because the company had failed to file their financial statements.
The company has also been in the news due to being subjected to legal mortgages and certain Pontiac contractors have indicated that they have not been paid for the work done for Eureka93 at the Litchfield site.
