The Pontiac Comets have announced the signing of a local player, Connor Romain, who has already played Midget AAA with the Gatineau Intrepid and has also played junior hockey. The team made the announcement via its Facebook page yesterday (November 28th), mentioning that it is a player who will have the chance to play in front of his family and friends in Fort-Coulonge.

Connor Romain has an excellent shot and he will be able to complete the roster according to the Comets. He will be one of the youngest players in the Senior Hockey league, and he should be on the ice for the first time with the Comets this weekend. At the end of the week, the Comets are playing a double header in Fort-Coulonge against the Mont-Tremblant Diables.
