Community help: a key characteristic that impacted Fort-Coulonge/Mansfield during the floods

While several residents are still waiting to return home a month after being evacuated, many families in Fort-Coulonge/Mansfield have helped each other and have generously hosted disaster victims. Maxime Delisle and his family have welcomed in five evacuated residents and now that number has increased to eleven.

Several people believed that the evacuations would not span over a few weeks.
