CHIP 101.9 talks to Tobi-Lynn Bayaroba

CHIP 101.9 recently learned about the role and tasks that the midwives will to perform during their stay in the Obstetrics Department at Shawville Hospital. In an interview with Tobi-Lynn Bayaroba, a midwife who will be lending a hand to the Hospital, talked about the role midwifes play in the birthing process before and after birth.

Bayarova also talked about how to become a midwife which includes a university degree and extensive training.

It may also be important to remember that with the arrival of the midwife team at the Shawville hospital, the obstetrics department will remain in service, avoiding the month long break. This weekend, however, an interruption will still occur on Saturday and Sunday but this is the only exception and unrelated to the midwifes on site.
