CHIP 101.9 participates in the Franco-Yukon project “L’Aurore en ondes”
CHIP 101.9 was fortunate to participate in a partnership with the Journal L’Aurore boréale, which provides media coverage for the Franco-Yukon community.
For nearly a week, newspaper staff, accompanied by CHIP 101.9, met with French-speaking elementary and high school students, as well as an immersion class. The general manager of L’Aurore boréale, Maryne Dumaine explains the ”L’Aurore en ondes” project:
This partnership between the Pontiac community radio station CHIP 101.9 and the Franco-Yukon newspaper L’Aurore boréale was made possible, among other things, thanks to a partnership with the Québec Government’s Secrétariat aux affaires intergouvernementales canadiennes (SAIC).
