Chef Yannick La Salle’s Les Fougères restaurant among the 100 best restaurants in the country

Les Fougères restaurant, led by Bryson native Yannick La Salle, was named one of the 100 best restaurants in Canada for 2020.

This Chelsea restaurant was ranked 61st in a poll by a national panel of 103 judges. The judges had to submit a list of their 10 best dining experiences during 2019. The list is accessible here. It is noted that this list was published when most restaurants in the country begin to open their doors again.
