Charges of sexual assault filed against CSHBO employee

According to the CHGA radio newsroom, in the Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, a sexual assault charge is being brought against the Director General of Adult Education at the Commission scolaire des Hauts-Bois- de-l’Outaouais, Réjean Potvin. He is scheduled appear in court on December 3 for cross examination. The attorney who represented Mr. Potvin on Monday morning at the Maniwaki Court House, while the case was being heard, said his client would plead not guilty. According to the communications officer at the school board, Réjean Potvin is currently on sick leave. The director of the Gatineau Valley Vocational Training Center, Serge Lacourcière, will replace him on an interim basis.
