Chamber’s Black Tie Gala postponed

The Pontiac Chamber of Commerce has announced that their second Black Tie Gala, scheduled for this Saturday, has been postponed to a later date. In a February 14 post on social media, the chamber noted that the timing of the event during the Family Day weekend may have been an issue for some of their members. While Family Day is a statutory holiday in several provinces, it is not recognized in Quebec.

The post notes that a new date will be announced February 15 and tickets will be refunded for those who aren’t able to attend the new date. More details are available on the chamber’s social media.
