Center de loisirs des Draveurs Century 21 Élite in Fort-Coulonge is getting a makeover. The arena entrance and reception are getting brand new colors. The project manager and real estate broker, Sébastien Bonnerot, explained how he was trying to improve the arena with these renovations.

“This is a project that was initiated and thought about in 2018. It’s been a while now and, as you know, last year, we started phase one with an outdoor display, with panels and a name change to the arena which is now the Cendre de Loisirs des Draveur Century 21 Élite,” Bonnerot said. “Phase 2 took a little more time to organize with COVID obviously and everything.”

Sébastien Bonnerot says other companies should be able to get involved in the future.
