The new access to Laforest road from highway 148, in the municipality of Litchfield, the road leading in to Campbell’s Bay, was opened last week under the name Keon rd. In an interview with Eric O’Brien, the Mayor of the municipality of Litchfield, Colleen Larivière explained the reason for the change.

Forty volunteers were deployed in three municipalities in the Pontiac this morning to collect donations from drivers as part of the 2019 Bouffe Pontiac food drive. CHIP was there, here’s Eric O’Brien’ report on the event.

The Brauwerk Hoffman brewery will celebrate its one year anniversary this Sunday, December 8th, from 11am to 3pm, and 4pm to 7pm with the presentation of a new beer, samples and food. The annual Bouffe Pontiac Food Drive will take place tomorrow, at three locations throughout the MRC Pontiac. Volunteers and partners of Bouffe Pontiac will collect donations from drivers in the area. From Bouffe Pontiac, Kim Laroche, gave more details about the Food Drive.
