Campbell’s Bay to complete downtown revitalization plan

Campbell’s Bay to complete downtown revitalization plan

21 January 2021 à 12:00 am

The mayor of the municipality of Campbell’s Bay, Maurice Beauregard, said he was greatly satisfied with the work of the council in the most recent year, in particular thanks to the obtaining of grants for projects which should materialize in 2021. “We will be able to continue to develop our downtown revitalization plan. It is thanks to the work of all the advisers that we were able to obtain this financial support, ”emphasizes Maurice Beauregard.

Like the municipality of Fort-Coulonge, Campbell’s Bay has been hit hard by the flooding. The municipality is therefore counting on fewer residences given the demolition of some houses that were flooded. “Despite everything, I am very happy since the council has found solutions so that we can count on a budget that takes into consideration the needs and the ability to pay of citizens” explains Maurice Beauregard.
