Campbell’s Bay / Litchfield resident wins BIBLIO Outaouais Network Award

Lynda Lunam, a resident of the municipality of Campbell’s Bay / Litchfield won the third prize in the Outaouais BIBLIO Network libraries “La chasse aux abonnés” contest for the month of October.
