Campbell’s Bay asks for MRC Pontiac support in resolving SHQ File

During the most recent meeting of the Mayors of the MRC Pontiac, the Mayor of Campbell’s Bay asked for the support of the MRC to resolve issues related to a Société d’Habitation du Quebec (SHQ) grant for a local resident. According to the Mayor Maurice Beauregard, the SHQ would only resolve this file with the MRC Pontiac.

The request comes from a family in Campbell’s Bay, the father of the family has mobility issues which is why a grant was requested to the SHQ in order to install a ramp into the home.
