Call for Cultural Project Proposals
The Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ), along with several partners including the MRC Pontiac and in collaboration with Culture Outaouais, is launching the second call for projects under the 2024–2027 Territorial Partnership Agreement with the Outaouais community.
Professional artists, writers, and arts organizations whose main address is located within the territory of one of the partner regions must submit their applications to CALQ no later than January 15, 2026.

Culture Outaouais offers a proofreading service to professional artists, writers, and representatives of arts organizations who wish to submit an application. Interested individuals are invited to contact Scott Simpson, Member Advisor, at 819-595-2601, ext. 229, or by email at membres@cultureoutaouais.org.
Culture Outaouais will also hold information sessions for artists, writers, and arts organization representatives interested in applying. Participants will have the opportunity to speak with a member of the Culture Outaouais team and a CALQ representative, and ask questions.
