Bryson’s annual spring cleaning taking place tomorrow
The Bryson Revitalization Committee is continuing its tradition of a village-wide spring cleaning tomorrow morning. Mayor Alain Gagnon said that it’s something they’ve done in the community for approximately six or seven years and estimated that roughly 20 people participated last year.
Gagnon said that volunteers will be meeting at the former schoolhouse in town around 9 a.m., where they will divide up the town by streets. Gloves and garbage bags will be provided and when a bag is full, volunteers are asked to leave it by the side of the road as there will be town workers picking them all up at the end of the day.
Gagnon said that this year, due to the easing of public health restrictions, they would be able to have a group lunch as well.
