Breaking potential in obstetrics at Shawville Hospital: André Fortin responds

Following Tuesday’s announcement by CHIP 101.9 regarding the news of a potential interruption of service in the obstetrics wing of the Shawville hospital, the MNA for Pontiac sent out a statement reacting to the news.

In an interview this morning, André Fortin gave more information on this potential break that could last a month, starting on July 26th.

While denouncing the situation, André Fortin said that he is currently insisting that the Minister of Health Office and the CISSSO find a solution to avoid the interruption.
