Benoit Lauzon re-elected as representative of the Outaouais on the UMQ Board of Directors
On February 5th, the mayor of Thurso, Benoit Lauzon, was re-elected by acclamation as a director representing the Outaouais region on the UMQ (Union of Quebec Municipalities) board of directors.
In an interview with CHIP 101.9, he spoke of topics of interest that should be on the agenda in the coming months and that directly affect the Pontiac.
He also explained that he will be in regular contact with Pontiac representatives in order to advance certain agendas.
The UMQ will meet in the Outaouais in April.
