The Fort-Coulonge / Mansfield Country Festival starts next weekend and despite the challenges of the 2019 floods, the organizers say that they will be ready to welcome the thousands of visitors expected for this years’ event. From the Festival, one of the key organizers, Phil Denault, gave more details with our host Eric O’Brien.
