The Bryson native chef, Yannick La Salle, stood out, once again, for a good cause this year at the 2019 Défi des Chefs. The CHIP 101,9 team, made up of CHIP’s Marie Gionet and 16-year-old Jérémie, who is in remission from a brain cancer, won first prize in the friendly competition and fundraiser for Leucan Outaouais:
