Another drag show planned for May 7 in Fort-Coulonge
Following up on the success of the recent charity drag show at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Fort-Coulonge on March 12, Downtown Drag Events organizer Matthew Armour said that he was planning on more shows in the future at the Café Downtown.
“So I have other Drag shows that will take place in Fort-Coulonge,” he said (tr.). “Of course it won’t be in the hall because you know we can’t always have big shows like that. But, it’s going to be at Café Downtown and I have Kiki Coe from Call me Mother coming to Fort-Coulonge on May 7 with Kimmy Couture who is our hostess and then Vera and then Kara Milk. There are three new drag queens, so it’s going to be really exciting. Then, DJ Martin Leguerrier will still be the person who will manage the music, the sound, etc. who is part of the Downtown Drag Events team. We can’t wait to get this. I think people have really freaked out about the show and there’s really a demand for it so I’m really happy to keep bringing it to the Pontiac.”
Tickets for the May 7 show will soon be available.
