André Fortin becomes Parliamentary Leader and spokesperson for Public Finances

Pontiac MNA André Fortin changes role in the official opposition. After a restructuring of the shadow cabinet, he will leave health aside, in order to become a Parliamentary Leader and spokesperson for Public Finances.

The new leader of the Liberal Party, Dominique Anglade, announced Tuesday the composition of his shadow cabinet while making changes in the parliamentary officers.

André Fortin believes that his appointment as parliamentary leader can have positive impacts on the representation and influence he can have to defend the Pontiac’s position.

For her part, Ms. Anglade will act as spokesperson responsible for the Charter of Regions, a project to which she has attached great importance for several months.
