An activity guide for the long confinement

Loisir Sport Outaouais has created an activity guide for long confinement and curfew for the population of the region, particularly residents in rural areas. “This activity guide will be available today and will be sent to the 63 municipalities of the Outaouais. Citizens can download it on their municipality’s Facebook page and on Loisir sport Outaouais’ Facebook page. We are talking about physical activities, playful activities, leisure activities and cultural leisure activities that can be done inside the house as well as in the backyard. These will be activities that only require equipment that citizens already have at home, ”explains Loisir Sport Outaouais development agent Normand Veillette.

Also, Loisir sport Outaouais and the Outaouais Ornithologists club are currently working on a bird photo contest. This project will be launched towards the end of January 2021. The full interview with Loisir Sport Outaouais is available here.
