Agritourism and gourmet tourism cinq a sept event in Campbell’s Bay tonight
Tonight, April 5th, the farmers and entrepreneurs of the Pontiac are invited to a cinq a sept event in agrotourism and gourmet tourism at the MRC Pontiac HQ. On the schedule will be a follow-up on the agrotourism and gourmet tourism approach, information on the Outaouais Gourmand Course and a new application for smart phones as well as a workshop entitled; identification of activities complementary to agrotourism and gourmet tourism. Also tonight is the Pontiac Tourism’s Annual General Meeting, which includes a lecture at 7pm at Elsie Gibbons Room. The lecture will be given by a member of the ATP board of directors and tourism industry professional Vince Accardi, on the theme of Benefiting from tourism partnerships – from a national point of view to a local point of view. Mr. Accardi will explain how partnerships benefit the tourism economy at all levels and what tactics are available for local tourism SMEs. The event is free.
