Additional premiums for full-time workers in the health network
The Premier of Quebec, François Legault, indicated that 11,200 workers in the health care system are missing in the province. Full-time workers, in particular, are sorely lacking.
During his press briefing, Tuesday, François Legault launched a new appeal for help, especially full time, in CHSLDs. He asks employees who have finished their quarantine to return to work.
The Premier also reiterated his intention to resolve the problem of underpaid workers, with or without the agreement of the union centers.
A process is underway on the Treasury’s side to grant additional bonuses to full-time workers working in the health network. The Premier wants to announce the details of this measure quickly.
