A Session on Coping with Grief, Loss, and Role Changes

The Connexions Resource Centre will welcome Natasha Locke, a wellness and resilience educator, to lead a session on grief, loss, and role changes. This activity is intended for caregivers and seniors. The session will take place on Thursday, March 19, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Campbell’s Bay Golden Age Club, located at 2 Elsie Street.

The workshop will provide support to caregivers experiencing anticipatory grief, invisible losses, and changes in identity, while offering practical strategies for self-care.
