A pre-feasibility plan for the Parc des Îles Lafontaine site
The MRC Pontiac National Park Committee is launching a call for proposals for the preparation of a pre-feasibility plan for the Parc des Îles Lafontaine site as well as a research project on the historical and cultural significance of the site, including First Nations history and significant historical events that took place on the shores of the Ottawa River.
The National Park Committee says it is committed to preserving elements of our heritage and the culture of our region and to protecting the natural elements of our remarkable landscapes so that people can enjoy and enjoy them, both today and in the future.

The quality of the site as well as the recreational and cultural potential deserve to be highlighted while preserving the natural environment and the fauna and flora attributes of the region.
