A new survey has been launched with the goal of improving conditions for seniors in the region

The MRC of Pontiac is inviting residents aged 50 and over to take part in a survey as part of the Age-Friendly Municipality (MADA) initiative. This approach aims to adapt living environments across the region to make them inclusive, safe, and supportive of the well-being of seniors, while encouraging social and intergenerational participation. According to the MRC of Pontiac, the responses will help better identify the needs, challenges, and priorities of seniors and their loved ones. The results will be used to develop a concrete action plan to improve quality of life in the region.

The survey can also be completed in paper format. Copies are available at local municipal offices or at the MRC of Pontiac offices in Campbell’s Bay. To complete the survey by phone, residents may call 819-648-5689. The deadline to participate is January 31, 2026.
