A new storage business in the industrial park in Litchfield
A new business is currently in the process of being established in the industrial park in the municipality of Litchfield. According to the owner Denis Doiron, the new business, Entrepôt 301, will be a storage company for boats, vehicles and household products.
Boat storage is at the forefront of Doiron’s business model, prioritizing the storage of boats during the winter as well as the temporary storage of boats during the summer due to the facility’s proximity to the Ottawa river in Portage-du-Fort.
However, before commencing operations, Denis Doiron must await the finalization of the administrative aspects of ownership, which he says ”will be complete in the coming days.” Nonetheless, Doiron told CHIP 101.9 that he is hoping to officially launch Entrepôt 301 in the fall of 2020.
”I don’t want to rush it. It’s a lot of money and I don’t want to make a mistake […] I’m hoping to have everything set up by the end of September.” – Denis Doiron
For the time being, Doiron has already installed 8 industrial crates on location and is currently prioritizing the installation of a gate well as insulating the storage containers. Moving forward, he intends to build an office, large storage units for boats and vehicles.
This Friday, CHIP 101.9 will meet with Denis Doiron in Litchfield to discuss Entrepôt 301, and its future.
