A mental health assistance program for self-employed workers and small businesses

The pandemic has created several situations that may have an impact on the mental health of workers, Espace-O offers a psychological health support program to reduce isolation and promote exchanges between peers. This support and co-development program is offered free of charge for self-employed workers and owners of very small businesses (5 employees or less).

“The pandemic has changed our world and the way we do business. Pandemic requires, the workshops will first be offered virtually. The program is intended for 45 people divided into 5 groups, including 4 French-speaking and 1 English-speaking ”, specifies Geneviève Ouimet of Espace-O.
